Thanks for the offer Florian! I have several sets though. As fast as you build you'll need them before I will! God bless! Don.

Took a trip to the Hobby Shop on the other side of town yesterday. I wondered through the isles checking out all the new toys. Much to my surprise there sat a kit that according to Revell wasn't suppose to be available until August. The reissue of the '30 Ford Coupe. The box has the SSP or Selected Subjects Program logo on the box. There was nothing in Revells announcement about it being part of the SSP program. Hosted on FotkiI was hoping that they would have cast in white plastic but no such luck, but at least it's in darker green then the last time around.

Have you posted this on TRaK, yet? KK Yes Sir, About an hour ago. It seems there are other "New" releases out on the shelves that don't have the SSP logo. So, who knows what Revell is up to. At least it's available. I'm looking forward to taking the top down like you did with the Rollin' Bones '32.

Cool! I missed the A on the last go-round, won't this time! The coupe won't be stock. The only decision will be, do a stock phaeton, or woodie?! Thanks for showing it, Dave. Don.

It's been so long since I've been to the LHS... I couldn't tell you what's new or not! Until you pointed out the SSP, I thought you may had found an original release. With regards to the new '32 5 Window release... it may become the most popular model car subject in the last decade or even two! Even more so than the 3w or the Sedan!! I'm going to truly enjoy all the different builds... especially, yours!! Your Sedans are true works of art!!! KK

I haven't touched anything model related in months. Between work and not being able to find a useable set of Stardust decals for my Polar Lights kit, I just left everything alone on my bench. My local modeling buddy called me a couple days ago and asked if I had a couple of Italeri big rig kits which I did. I went over yesterday to his house and we did some swapping. I was dumbfounded with what I left with and am still drooling at my new projects: [glow=red,2,300]Sox & Martin '72 Cuda[/glow] [glow=red,2,300]Sox & Martin '73 Duster[/glow] [glow=red,2,300]MPC '73 & '74 Plymouth Roadrunner[/glow] And the Biggie: [glow=red,2,300]Butch & Leal '71 Cuda Funnycar[/glow] The funnycar was started by my buddy Ed Brockway so what you see so far is his work, not mine. The Duster and Cuda projects are MPC original issues as are the Roadrunners. I also snagged a new set of Stardust decals as well as decals for Big John's Barracuda funnycar and I also picked up 3 sheets of the 70 Challenger re-issue that I will use somewhere down the road. Now that I have the Stardust decals, I am looking forward to getting back on that project. I am just praying the the 4th set of decals is the charm. I also picked up the re-issue of the Chevy Titan 90 big rig from my LHS yesterday as well and I snagged one of the Testors Dodge Chargers. I was really impressed when I opened the Charger kit to see as many parts as some of my truck kits have. Talk about an impressive kit that should build up into a sweet looking modern day Mopar Muscle Machine.

After having a bit of a bad time at the ER this morning, I needed to stop in at the LHS and chill a bit. Didn't really think I needed any more kits, but the prices on a couple were right, and they have parts in 'em I can use so I picked 'em up.........and felt much better! I mighta had this one before and traded it?, but I love the V8 in this here thing. Thinking of making a rod, the inspiration coming from the old rock-n-roll song--'Hot Rod Lincoln'. Real old skool low buck hopped up rod. Hey John. Nice haul. Yes u did have that lincoln. I am not the happy owner of it ;D We traded rember. The 32 Ford phantom(amt with black car on cover) and the lincoln for my old 37 ford truck and 51 bel air. Nice haul Thanks and God Bless Florian

stopped at me LHS today just for some paint, but we know how that go .......just had to scope the 'wall' of kits to see if'n anything new showed up, and then started checkin' all the ones fer $15 or less. I'm gettin' better (or worse ;D)-- I only picked one! This here 'Stang. I was satisfried with just gettin' the mags out of it, but...... Couldn't believe all the cool stuff inside! Cool headers and nice big drag engine, AND...... this here bag of rubber!!! 4 whole sets of tires! I had to show ya'll this pic of 'em in the bag, thinkin' ya'll wouldn't believe me. Yep-- 16 tires, 4 sets-- Wow! Gonna hafta start building some rods to put 'em on. Musta been a day fer wheels & tires-- after the LHS, had to go to Target for some other things. Naturally I checked the toy section hoping they might have some models, but it's usually just diecasts. Couldn't believe this here 1/24 Cobra with the extra set of prostocky lookin' tires -- on sale! for under $9!!!! Now to figure out what to put 'em on. Later and God bless

When Revell/Monogram update their current kit to '70 specs then you can bet it will happen. The AMT kits aren't up to scratch.
