Funny you should ask, I need to get a mailing tube. Got a couple a pieces of artwork from a local automotive artist that uses our big color machines to send your way. I keep spacing the mailing tube seeing how Freddy's doesn't carry them. The wheels are sitting in the stack in the hobby room. So, still got you covered, lol.

Thanks Brother Wes Thoroughly enjoyed the Tubster album. I really like seeing how you ( literally) piece everything together. Almost a shame to cover it all up with paint ;D but that's what's so kool about WIP pictures! Love those hot pink headers Where did they come from? Later and God bless

The headers came from the old Revell Matt Hay Thunderbird Pro Stock Model Kit - the best looking four tube sb Ford headers ever produced!

Monogram '34 Ford Wire Wheel Assembly (or R&MCoMD Wire Wheels) Here is the next installment koncerning the second set of front wheels and tires for the Saltster. I needed to find an inner fitting to slip inside the brake drum/hub of the Monogram '34 Ford Wire Wheel. Hosted on FotkiOne of my wife's discarded eyebrow pencils had the perfect outside diameter (OD) to fit the inner diameter (ID) of the brake drum/hub. Hosted on FotkiBy cutting a thin piece of plastic to go around the outside of the inner fitting I now had the perfect OD to fit the ID of the Kinmont Outer Hub. Hosted on FotkiNow the inner fitting was ready ot cut to length... this will give a positive mount between the brake drum/hub and the Kinmont Outer Hub. After a bit of sanding to get all of the parts to fit and work together and the final assembly is ready to drop the steel slug into the center of the Monogram '34 Ford Wire Wheel. Hosted on FotkiA basic test fit to check the alignment and depth of the assembled Kinmont Brakes and the inner half of the original Monogram '34 Ford Wire Wheel and Hosted on FotkiThe completed front set is ready to send out to the chrome shop.
