I'll be away for a bit.
I'm moving into a brand new '10 16x76 trailer
tomorrow. Yes trailer trash again... love it! ;D

I moved in with dad about a year ago when his
house became too much for him. He just turned
88 on the 6th. He was diagnosed with Parkinsons
about 6 months ago and I suspect has Alhzimers too,
although he's too proud to admit it.

He decided to move into a retirement home, which
I think may help. They have many neat gatherings
that he will enjoy. He's an avid poker player and
a big time Cowboys fan. I don't doubt that in no
time will he have several poker games up and
come football season some pools.

Since I work 55-60 hours a week I don't have time
for a full size house and yard either. I picked the
smallest lot the trailer would fit on so I probably
can mow the "yard" with a weed-eater!

Plus I'm
going to be 10 minutes away from work instead of
30 minutes.

I haven't decided on a tv/internet provider yet.
Lack of a tv won't bother me, but being without
my modeling Brothers is going to suck!

Who knows I might actually make some "plastic
progress"!

I've been eyeing my Lindberg 1/16
Stutz racer kit!

I'll be on for a while this evening and some Sunday.
I'm moving my computer last!

Really sounds like you have been blessed by your serving our Lord, moving in with your Dad & all. Also sounds like the blessings are continuing-- just being re-located a bit. Sounds like your Dad is going to be enjoying his new surroundings and new friends. Go Steelers!

sounds way cool. Always wanted to live in a trailer. Closest I ever came was a couple nites in a 40' fifth wheel at a campsite. It was real nice. Sorry to hear you're working so much, but again, sounds like God is really showering the blessings on you Bro.

So nice how HE has shown you and I how much the two of us have in common. I got the Lindy Stutz too, and if'n I get it outa the stash & on the bench, you knows I'll be reminded of you, so......

After the move work got flat crazy! We are
short-handed and due to the economy, they
won't hire any help.

Due to this I haven't had time to get my
TV/computer supplier picked out.

I don't miss the TV, but I SURE MISS YOU GUYS!!!!

I'm covertly looking at y'all from work. Since they
changed our computer system I can now get FOCM! ;D

Hopefully since school started it'll slow down some,
and I'll get the computer going.
