The first thing you will need in order to be able to post photos from PhotoBucket is going to be a PhotoBucket account. You can get you account by registering at www.photobucket.com.
Step#1
Determine which photo from you collection you what to share:

Left Click on the photo you want to share. The photo you choose will now open is a single photo window, scroll down on the right side of the you will see "Share this Image"
In the Share this Image dialog box will be a listing for "IMG Code":

Move the cursor over the link information to the right of the IMG Code text.
Left Click on the link information. The link will be hightlighted and and "Copied" will appear to the left of the information:

Return to the Forum board where you wish to share the photo. Select "New Thread", the dialog box will open. Move the cursor over the open box righr or left click to establish the cursor in the dialog box. Right Click and select "Paste":
The link to the photo in your PhotoBucket account is now shared to the Forum and it's members.
