well while i was gone i have beenbuilding. Here are some of the projects i gots going.
39 chevy sedan delivery. This started out as a old build up i got in a trade. Stripped of the old paint shaved the door handels and priumered it. Ripped out the old fuel injected 454chevy(who needs that anywy) and dropped in a fisher 12 port headed 235 from amt 51 bel air. Dropped the car alittle by shaving off the front spring mounts and in the rear via air bags. The rims and tires are from the reverll 29 ford truck
Next up this 37 chevy kustom. ITs being built for a build off over on another board. It has a chopped top, kustom made skirts and it will sit like in the pictures. Plans call for probably a 216 from the revell 41 chevy truck with some sdrodder fabricated intake and exhaust. Still got a long way to go and a ton of mods to finish up
Next up i have been working on this 60 chevy truck. ITs an amt kit that was supposed to be a simple build which means only being lowered and hopping up the six. Well after getting naged by some members on another forum to get it lower i dropped it alot. Gave it a minitruck style c notch in the rear with air bags. It lays the back of the bed rockers on the ground. I lovered the front by moving up the wheel mouting points up and then rasing the spindels. The 235 got a corvette intake and exhaust manifold form a revell 53 vette. I made some kustom exhaust with kustom handmade bellflower tips. I also made a custom air tank from a highlighter pen body which i will plum. The grill is a kustom peice from an orignal amt 61-63 ford truck? not sure which year i got it from a friends junk box.
The green 60 seen in a few pics of them side by side was my frist clean build. It won me my frist award and was the first model that gave me a small rep and was the first model that i took the time to cleanly build. Since then i have been building cleaner more kustom models. I am still learning but compared to my first few cars(pre 60 chevy truck) i have inproved drasticly. The 60 was the begining off all the cool cars that have come from my shop

but now should be back. The 60 and 39 are probably the closest to getting done.
