Well it's 12:00 a.m. on the 15th. I'm probably going to use the bulk of the chassis from Revell's Good Guys 40 coupe. Still not sure where this will go, but I have at least six ideas going.

Looks like a great place to start Don,. I think when all is said and done that I'm going to pull out a couple of photos of a '40 American LaFrance pumper as my project. Somehow I have a feeling it's going to take the major part of the year to get it built.

Sounds cool, Dave.
The Opel Blitz might be a good candidate for chassis, suspension and wheel parts.
Don.

As soon as I can learn to post , I will do so . Thanx..God Bless Go right ahead and post your previous builds, we'd all love to see them. I just copied over a tutorial I did for our club here in Portland that may go a long way to take the mystery out of posting on ProBoards forums. focm.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=feedback&action=display&thread=200&page=1

Lyle Willits posted photos from the KKOA Sled Scene East over on the Traditional Rods and Kustoms Forum. One of the photos be posted is of a '40 Ford Sedan. I was looking for an appropriate second victim for this CBP and I think I founf it in Lyle's photos. Hosted on FotkiI'm not sure what it is about this car but something screams "BUILD ME". So, back to the garage to see if I have any of these left.

sweet. So i could practicly use builds i started for this cbp. But i really have a pretty sweet idea for something out of the ordenary. Anyone hungry for a 1940 ford ice cream truck? I have never seen one in die cast or real so i will have to go off of the 1948 ford ice cream truck i do have. Should be a pretty simple build(note the word should and simple build) I will see when i start on it though

Let me guess, Zip? I'll bet the next letter is "I"! And, with that letter... I have started planning my '40 4'd!! It will NOT be TRaKable!!! It'll have a great mix of parts and will not be even close to being what some would call stock... Way Kewl Kustom for sure!!!! KK

Nice thing about having another place to play Wes is it doesn't have to comply with the no billett and nothing past 1969. Just build for our pleasure and the glory of God.
