Hi my name is Aaron but I go by Koga Joe. My hobbies are Photography reading playing video games, music, and art. I am not a good Christian. See my families are all Mormon. So I am lost. So for a long time I told my family that I am a Atheist so they will leave me alone. But they won’t back off. Mormon families are strict they won’t let me be.

Hey Aaron! Nice to meet a fellow metal-head I like some of the same music, but sometime ago I got more into Christian Metal, like 'DEMON HUNTER' and 'EVERGREY'. I've even listened to earlier stuff like 'KUTLESS' ans 'STRYPER'.

I don't think you should be the one to say that you are "..not a good Christian..." Let JESUS make that judgement. You just keep looking to HIM, talking to HIM, and most importantly-- listening to HIM. One way you can do that-- listen to HIM-- is to read the Daily Devotions here, that Dave and Wes post up every morning

Once God sees that you are trying to find your way, by reading stuff that HE inspires Dave & Wes to post, you will see how God knows exactly what is going on in your life-- with your family, or whatever, and HE will 'speak' to you, your spirit, about it. I've seen and experienced that so many times over the years, and I praise HIM for it!

Something God has inspired me to do here, share with a fellow metal-head is to tell you to check out some Demon Hunter music. My all time favorite is "Infected" -- here's a bit of the lyrics:
"But I'm almost out of breath from saying things that I'll regret, that I'll regret.

I know God gave me that song to 'pray' to HIM, just as I believe they were/are doing when they wrote those lyrics, because there were some really dark times in my life-- when I felt so lost as well-- and I would listen to "Infected" and sing along with them, telling JESUS that "I'm infected with YOU....." and I know, and thank God, that JESUS is 'infected' with me-- HE will never leave me, or forsake me-- and HE will never leave you either when you go to HIM.
