I know i know i know i have to many projects lol ;D ;D ;D ;D Well here is another one. Since my 40 ford gasser isnt exactly street legal it needs something to pull it right? So well i decided to go with a 41 chevy truck. Now my other gasser was supposed to get that too but it didnt really work out. Since i have 4-5 41 chevy trucks, from good half built kits to junkers that i will rebuild i went ahead and started cutting. So far i am using the cab from a junker, the fenders from a junker, and a hood from one i will never finish. The bed is a combo from 2 bed peices from the revell kits. The nicely painted one was used for a 41 chevy i never finished. The other was from another 41 that the glue stuck so badly to the bedside riped part of the floor off. So i now reused it. The motor in this puppy will be the stock six banger, with a dual exhaust and dual intake. I will convert the rear axel to a dualy axel. There will be no special paint maybe just a primer with some miss match parts. Well some pics A parts truck Another parts truck Some shots of the flatbed. These are pics of it being rough. It will be much cleaner one i get the bed really done and all Questions/comments/critisism welcome. Also if anyone needs any 41 chevy parts lets me know i may have it lol

First off, Flow, very cool project. Great thinking on the need of a tow vehicle. This should be another great from SD's bench.
Secondly, there is no such thing a having to many builds in progress.
Very Cool Brother

Thanks guys Glad you guys likes it. Fletch. You really cant have enough projects? Thanks brother that makes me feal better i have about 20 of them ahaha ;D John. Yeah i know the stock 6 banger thing. Me will need help from HIM to get that accomplished ;D I will actaully make a dually axel out of this stock axel. I have been talking to Robert81 from trak as he did something like that too with a stock axel. All he with as use a stock axel and glue 2 tires together. Then one got a wheel back and the other got the rim. looks great so i may try it with this one cept i will be making a full wheel back ing that will slide into both tires. I actaully decided to primer this thing in gray with some fadeing to the base color of blue(like my 58 its fading to the previous 3 colors) ;D I will get some updates on the weekend on this one. I also will start scratch building the frame and a toolbox and such. Stay tuned. NOTE:If anyone ever i mean ever needs parts for a 41 chevy truck parts do pm me. I have a ton and some wont be used.
